Door of Hope was founded in 2009 with the desire to share the good news of Jesus Christ in Southeast Portland. We've met in various locations over the years before landing in our current location in the Belmont neighborhood in 2018. In March 2020, we planted Door of Hope Northeast, and it is our prayerfully hope to plant more churches in the future.
Our earnest desire is to that Jesus would bring about a personal, spiritual, and cultural awakening in our city, and that He'd use us in that mission. That's why we seek to be people who love and follow Jesus and who help others to do the same. We believe this can be accomplished only by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit as we live out the pillars that uniquely define our community. Below are the four pillars our church is built around. You can hear a sermon series expounding upon these pillars here.

The Goal
To raise $1 million dollars by the end of 2025 in order to repair and prepare the Westside building by Easter 2026.
